About Us

Established in 1990, Arab World Follow-Up Mission was founded with a clear calling: to see the Good News shared across the Arab world through indigenous people.

Our ministry is led by indigenous who trust that God has a plan to bring hope and renewal to communities throughout the region. By sharing the Good News in the heart language of the people, we aim to communicate hope in a way that is personal, relational, and culturally meaningful.

Our Mission

We partner with local workers to share the Good News, nurture Locals, develop leaders, and serve communities with compassion. Since 1990, guided by the Holy Spirit, our mission has been to support every generation, equip faithful disciple-makers, and see lives and communities flourish across the Arab world.

Our Vision

To mobilize Arabs to reach people throughout the Arab world by sharing the Gospel with every home and discipling every man, woman, and child. We do this through personal relationships, church planting, and leadership development, in partnership with and in support of local churches.

What We Do

Reaching Our Neighbors

We share the Gospel with people in neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and marketplaces. Through both traditional and innovative approaches, we seek to meet people where they are and introduce them to the love of Christ.

Reaching the Next Generation

With nearly half of the Arab world’s population under the age of 20, investing in children and youth is essential. We focus on raising a generation that knows and loves God with all their heart, soul, and strength, and is prepared to live out God’s will under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Reaching the Outsider

We intentionally reach minority and marginalized groups across the Arab world. This includes ethnic communities such as Bedouins, Gypsies, Druze, Kurds, Alawites, and others. Reaching these groups often requires creative, relational, and culturally sensitive methods.

Reaching the Suffering

In cooperation with local churches and generous supporters, AWFM provides practical assistance to those in need. Our support includes food parcels, medical services, employment opportunities, laundry facilities, and other essential aid that reflects Christ’s compassion.

Making Disciple Makers

Our goal is not only to make disciples, but to raise disciple-makers. We invest intentionally in new believers by building relationships, establishing home groups, and implementing a structured three-year discipleship process designed to foster spiritual maturity and multiplication.
